[19:12, 4/7/2022] Donna Wong: Guilt from our childhood when we were taught to be nice, to be behavioral at home and at school.

parts of its intention in our subconscious mind is positive, making us have positive reflection,  remourse and make us improve.

In a traumatic families with violence and abuse as a norm and must in teaching their children,  children need guilt to protect themselves from being hurt, to protect their life.

Also children would take their parents problems rooted causes from their existence,  their faults. So from that time the guilt built into their body and mind. They want to do Theo best to please their parents, making them.in peace. Unfortunately this is all in vain. Things are they become their guilt victims.

When they have families,  they most likely to repeat or to be guilty when they make mistakes,  their kids are not behavioral , they feel guilt, unhappy state, emotions generated from guilt is a big hinder, danger to relationships between wife and husband,  between parents and kids.

The biggest gift we can give to our children is our own happiness.
父母送給孩子最大禮物,就是以身作則,活出自己的夢想,活出幸福。

The biggest gift to our children is our own happiness.  So true.

Guilt is a like mask, secondary gain in guilt regrain in our mind, it is hard to clean but it can be diminished if we are aware enough. Guilt makes traumatized families and trauma makes more guilt.

Dr. Gabor Maté on the Myth of “Normal” in Psychological Disorders. He explains how mental distress and pathology exists in a continuum and are largely a result of a materialist culture that rigidly “idealize individuality and ignores emotional needs,” prioritizing objects over people and well being.

For twelve years Dr. Maté worked in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside with patients challenged by hard-core drug addiction, mental illness and HIV, including at Vancouver’s Supervised Injection Site. With over 20 years of family practice and palliative care experience and extensive knowledge of the latest findings of leading-edge research, Dr. Maté is a sought-after speaker and teacher, regularly addressing health professionals, educators, and lay audiences throughout North America. With a good understanding of how our cognitive capabilities can be impaired or affected, everyone and especially ALL mothers must watch this to understand first : WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US and then we can UNDERSTAND WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR CHILDREN. With this understanding, we can then be more aware of our own behaviours and challenges in our lives and thereafter we can decide if there si a need to seek intervention with the issue we have on hand.
