Another journey in past life regression 前世回溯

從前世回朔尋找內在資源

Rex老師前晚和我們做得前世回朔和催眠建議練習,再次讓我體驗到催眠治療的機理和效力。當人處于放松的狀態下,意識也暫時處于休息或半休息狀態。大腦産生alpha波,也是潛意識活躍的狀態,這時,人們專著自己內在世界,聆聽自己內在的聲音,尋找內在的力量,信心,解決問題的資源和方法。

在沒學前世回朔時,我對這個題目有恐懼,或是誤解;經過反複的練習,老師的指引,我明白前世回朔只是一個名字,一個技巧,過程是在催眠師的領引下,做一次潛意識的探索,催眠師只有一個劇本的框架,靠coachee (主角)自己去發現,腦海展示出一幅幅的畫面,由心而發,發現什麽,就演什麽,自己也不知下一個年齡會怎樣演繹, ENDING是怎樣!所有出現的影像,都是潛意識的演繹,尤其是對當下面對的事情,例如昨天發生的爭端,沒有解決的問題,思考中的項目,或人生大事,重要選擇,埋藏于內心的渴望,或擔憂、恐惧,通過影像和電影般的方式表達出來,可以想象是一個隱語,提醒,帶來反思。所以,每次來到某一個人生階段,都可能有不同的事情發生,故事。5歲的自己可能每次都不同,但內在的性格都是一樣的。死亡的經曆也可能不同,就像夢一樣,夢境隨心而變更。

一年前,陳一德老師給我們做得前世回朔死亡,我看到自己是一個農夫,有自己的農場,種植有機菜。死得很平和,睡在雲南的高山上。好像是自己很向往的平靜生活。這次很不同,夢見自己5歲時一個人在深林裏探險。长大了,又去探索,一直走到高山上,後來墜入山谷,意外死亡。

這些在催眠的狀態下發出的幻影,像是發了兩個小夢中,五歲的我是充滿好奇心,夢想和無所畏懼的小女孩,但隨著年齡,這些勇氣和膽量開始退色。夢在提醒我,找回自己美麗的特質,想做就去做吧!

意外死亡,暗示著做事要小心,“小心” BE CAREFUL, 要量力而为。 同时提醒我:
保持平靜和感恩的心,特別是在遇到困難情況下,情緒就不會受到波動,平靜才有智慧,出力量。這也是我目前最需要的資源。


所以,前世回朔是時間回朔的一種形式,一個治療上的術語,工具,産生的畫面是隱語,是潛意識的信息,有沒有前世並不重要,就像是一場夢,一次夢境療愈,內容不重要,真假不重要,重要的是內在的自己在說什麽,發出什麽聲心,渴望什麽,需要做出什麽改變!

It was an insightful journey – past life regression 前世回溯 given us by Sir Rex Chung, last night at DP. It sent me to hundred years ago, or even old age, experiencing my 5 years old age in my past life vividly and death period. It was like dream but a trance (hypnotized state).

What I learnt from the experience and my 'dream' insights are:
i. I am curious, adventurous by nature, like my parents. I went to a wood alone, experiencing solo exploration without fear. That was just what I was doing during the period of my 5 years old and even younger. But this beautiful charterer has been fading by age. The "dream' is recalling my inner ability to do what I want without thinking too much. Just DO IT.

ii. Every time in the past life regression前世回溯, the death way could be different. It is a reflection of my subconscious mind on the current state. This time, it was an accident, falling into a valley during hiking in a mountain. A tragedy. What I immediately reflected from the ‘Dream’ was very related to my present case. In which, I found I must improve my emotion control, keeping a peaceful, gratitude mindset any time, esp. in difficulty.

Remember: improving emotion quality first before problem solving.

Lammar Island, I love U!

A spring trek in Lammar Island - yesterday mum, dad and I went to Lammar Island for a spring walk, We really had great time despite my weak sickness. Lammar Island is like backyard of our Hong Kongers, beside SaiKung countryside.
I love its tranquil, simple, green and rural environments. It's not easy to have such a good conservation of wildlife,culture heritage in HK any big islands without a big chain shops like PARKN'shop, MacDonald, OK shop , 7/11, big financial group "invasions"... but here, I can't find any. Only local cultures, local creative products and produces around, like the sweet food - the famous MAMA sweet bean cure soups...a sense of refreshment and relaxation with me! I am dreaming one day I could live a life like the Lammer residents...

打老虎

打老虎

前晚,夢中有個老虎出現,不是太大,瘦瘦的,但身體很長,上面有深藍色的精美花紋。它沖過來,像是要襲擊我,但又沒有打開口,我見此用手袋在它面前舞動,左一下,又以下,像是爲反抗吧,它也左右搖動,避開我的反擊。

之後,我就醒了。因爲要小便。不是夢嚇醒我,其實再睡時,我很想繼續著個夢呢!

當晚,我在樓下看見一只野貓,很久沒有見過有貓出現了。之後跑步,有只很大的狗跟著我,聞我的袋子。這狗對我很有興趣似的,我跟它說Hi。

貓和老虎是同類動物,那狗也很溫順。 這些都是睡前的記憶,這些特征,走到夢裏,變成一個老虎的特征。變成用老虎作象征物。

奇怪的是在夢裏,開始有些驚奇,但並不太害怕,老虎並沒有真的咬我,只是來嚇唬我。我那麽大膽,還做出反抗,一點也不害怕。醒來第一個感覺卻有些怕,老虎,這麽大的動物來到我的潛意識作爲象征!我的潛意識在講什麽?

夢裏的感覺和最近的現實生活的感覺 (潛意識)有直接的關聯。老虎出現,第一感覺是身體的反應。感覺有壓力,很累。我最近有什麽事情需要解決?什麽壓力?有一種deadline的感覺。清理家居和房間,太多雜物,工作量很大……但又想寫些東西,一直將清理工作拖延,被家人投訴,兩面都想做好。所以用手袋打左,驅右,又要做自己的事,又要清潔,很累呀,一直沒有好好休息。 All jobs are g on progress, but it looks never ending. The tiger is still there。Tiger 象征著大量的工作量,一種壓力。有部分是我自己造成的,老虎又我自己的一部分,所以我不怕它(TIGER的襲擊我不怕,我有左右反擊),也暗示不斷兩方面我都想做好,但清潔工作量太大,家人的忍耐又有限,老虎發怒, 又象征著我先生的發脾氣,但沒有太大惡意的,動機可以理解。所以我不害怕。
夢醒有害怕的感覺是正常的,表面上老虎是可怕的,實質是因爲不明白自己。所以一定要解開它。當我解開後,明白自己都一些,我反而拾回到夢中的感覺,從夢得到啓發和力量,那就是就是要去面對。

這個夢提醒我什麽?

1.        我和老公的溝通還要加強,大家的理解多一些,他會給我多些時間
2.        我自己的工作量要減少,不要累壞自己
3.        想下怎樣可以work smarter?  清潔的工作要快些,不要給別人帶來麻煩

清除不要的東西,原來是一件很困難的事,總有一些不舍得,這個“不舍得”,帶有很多記憶,很多還沒有學習、整理的內在東西,也有一些內在垃圾。大清潔,變成了一個心靈上的清理和整合,難怪速度這麽慢!又在爲自己找理由?哈哈哈!
記得林燕妮說:”那些永遠不開的大箱子盛載著其實是你的記憶,還有些時過了期的記憶。丟掉舊毛巾是容易的,丟掉記憶便難多了……”

真矛盾!

有矛盾, 就有夢。夢是要我們面對,解決問題的原因!夢,潛意識的鏡子,讓我們看到不同面的自己!可愛的,反叛的,光明的,陰暗的,毫不留情! Dreams, I love you!

記得Kanny老师所說,如果死前都不挂記的東西,就可以丟掉!也許,我要參考這個准則!

手療課程的分享 - Love,energy healing process

手療- Love is the best healer to ourselves
最近接觸手療,又叫Energy Healing, vibration healing。認識到我們的身體,意念潛有很大的潛能去修理自己的身體,修復自己的細胞,修復心靈,提升自己的狀態。是的,Our bodies can heal ourselves to some extent. 作為一個生命工作者,學習手療,對情緒和身體治療都有莫大的幫助!我相信,每個人都可以通過手療,改善自己的身體和提升心理質素。
在這裡,我想分享下上個月(24-25/1/201)跟周兆祥博士(祥哥)和李詩燕老師學習手療所帶來的感受和變化。
课程的内容非常丰富,很 touching, overwhelmed,   so much to learn, 20幾天過去了, 內心的感動還在消化
最令我感受深刻的是周兆祥博士的人生態度,慢活的人生方式;對死亡的豁達; 那份那份平和,自在,氣定神閑; 那份慈悲;那份對人和大自然的無條件的愛;對地球生態的强烈關注。

我很嚮往這種人生態度和生活方式,自在,平靜,從日常生活小事開始,激發我改變不良習慣!

我開始慢慢明白祥哥關於手療的意義- 手療是一個像徵,手療不一定要用手,用意念也可以,遙距離做,對象可以是任何事物,你關注的事情或東西,目的是送出大愛,宇宙能量,送出祝福!原理是用意念,身體和大自然的合一,利用催眠和冥想,聲音(音樂和overtone chanting),(用手,增强效果),將施者-手療師的關懷,愛心,宇宙的能量,大愛,通過自己的身體管道,輸送個受者-不論受還是施,雙方都是受益人,被療愈,因為愛心和關懷令人體產生抵抗力,免疫力和自愈力。是100%用心靈的力量作自我治療的方法。

 所以, 擁抱,握手,深情地一個吻,送出一個問候錄音、電郵,都是手療的意念。看看嬰兒、小寵物享受別人撫摸的感覺,收到的是愛,關懷和安全感,  不難想象手療確實可以啓動我們身體的自我療愈能力,  Our bodies can heal ourselves by feeling being loved.

第二天的課程,感受更深! 20多位同學老師一起,在司燕的指導下,針對我的肩
周炎,幫我做了一個現場手療。

好震撼!集體overtone chanting 哼聲産生的共鳴,和頌缽、磬音響混爲一體,沐浴在
 "Sound Bath "中,感覺是那麽平和,喜悅,那靈性無比的聲音,穿透我的身體,給我
做了一次深層鬆馳的按摩。

當時,大家都帶著深深的祝福送给我給我,大家心靈的力量朝着同一方向,我的心都凝住了,内心只有说不出的感動。我的心有一陣,好像飛到到宇宙深處,仿佛至身于無邊無際的星海中,跟天地宇宙萬物共融了!宇宙能量第一次上身!

集體潛意識的力量真的無比。

感覺像是是经历了一次超時空的催眠治療,手療 - mindfulness power,body power 
vibration,加上overtone chanting, Music therapy, meditation, 啓動人的療愈本能,

Absolutely Amazing!

帮别人做手療, 將宇宙能量,自己的同理心,愛心祝福,通過自己的身體管道,輸給別人,也療愈了自己。因为 自己身心也感受到更多大愛和能力!

自己就是自己的最好的手療師!所有療愈,都是自我療愈.都是從自己開始。

這些日子,我每天都用OVERTONE CHANTING 和自我手療來幫助自己,改善睡眠質素. 還特別錄制了一個OVERTONE CHANTING HYPNOSIS MP3幫助自己,家人和朋友較快的入睡.

經過反複練習,我的睡着的速度比以前快了許多。感恩. 有深度的夢也多了起來,好欣慰夢,代表進入了深度睡眠的階段。

前兩天喉嚨痛,中耳炎發作,喉嚨和耳朵都刺痛,我沒有吃藥,嘗試全靠零極限冥想,加上OVERTONE CHANTING ,同時,將手放在耳朵上.大概三分鍾後,耳朵的痛楚消失了!
我有些不相信,但確確實實發生了! 這幾天大傷風,中耳炎也沒有發作,有些神奇!

手療對于痛症,確實有明顯得到舒緩和療愈作用,尤其是睡眠,當人靜下來時,各種小痛,肌肉、關節的勞損痛症,甚至牙痛,白天感覺不到的,都有可能走出來(更容易感覺到),影響睡眠質素,我就用手放在痛的部位,內心作反思,想下如何修正,告訴身體潛意識,

我會愛自己。我會做出修正。I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you!叫她(自己的身體和意識),放心去睡。

我會很明顯察覺,痛症已不再影響我的睡眠了。

以前都是聽別人說手療的好處,但現在我對手療的功效開始有了親身體驗!

手療可以自己為自己做,和家人、摯愛做,必定增進感情。我會緊記祥哥教我們用按摩和手療幫家人做的方法。

現在,我更喜歡用按摩加手療了,幫助家人安撫情緒,減輕痛症,家人确实感到欣慰。這種方法, 直接將我們的愛心傳給別人,也是最天然,最原始的方法!

前晚我給老公做的頸部按摩和手療,大大減輕了他的頸部紐傷的痛苦,他由心的謝謝我,贊美我,老婆是我的沖電器,安扶劑,”  聽後,心中好像吃了蜜糖般甜。

第一次上實習課 13.2.2015

今天晚上,感冒剛剛好些,希望通过手療盡快的好轉。
同學的分享,對手療又多了了解:原來自閉症也可以手療改善。

手療,幫助临终病人減輕痛楚,走的時候安詳,家人也得到一些安慰和釋懷!深深感受愛的力量! So touching!

我也分享自己每天做手療, overtone chanting 來幫助自己睡眠和提升狀態;如何療愈我的感冒和鼻敏感。

感恩祥哥非常仔細地聆聽我們五個同學的分享。他最感恩的是用手療幫助病人送終,無形中幫死者的家人做了哀傷療愈。自己每次都得益良多。

之後,他用口琴,笙和我們做手療音樂伴奏。我完全沈浸在他那滄桑但又優美音樂中。有一種說不出的感動。

之後,他說,你們今晚一定睡的很好。我很相信這個暗示,聽到這些音樂,我感覺到自己又回到放空,悠閑,平靜的狀態。邊做手療,邊休息,邊享受美妙的催眠音樂! 人生一大享受!

是的,昨晚,我睡的很甜很香。平時,我要小便4次昨晚,只有兩次。還發了一個很有意義,很有趣的夢。

我的partner 感受到我的能量! 很開心,我給她帶來舒服、溫暖的感覺。


最近肩周炎又厲害了。她幫我做肩膀手療時, 慢慢地,我開始感到她的手在震動,好像是有規律的massaging!我以爲她是用自己的方法,那也很不錯,我心想。

但她還以爲是我身體的震動, 令她也震了!

我們兩個的內在能量互通了! 产生共振!Amazing!做完,我的全身很松弛,右手也可以舉高一些!

回到家,將手療共振的體驗分享給家人聽,先生也很興奮,他分析說,可能是當兩個人的內在能量産生的振動頻率一致,你們就會有互相按摩,微振的效果

但她還以爲是我身體的震動, 令她也的手也震动了!

我們兩個的內在能量互通了! 产生共振!Amazing!

做完,我的全身很松弛,右手也可以舉高一些!

回到家,將手療共振的體驗分享給老公孩子聽,先生也很興奮,他分析說,可能是當兩個人的內在能量産生的振動頻率一致,你們就會有互相按摩,微振的效果.  


原來手療就是vibration healing, energy exchanges.The healer and the healed both are benefited.

通過手療,我和自己的身體、和別人建立起更強的同理心,心靈的連接。

原來,上天付給我們的雙手,是讓我們去療愈自己!

雙手, 是上天錫給我們的靈藥! 是上天錫給我們的天然醫生!

要好好利用我们的念力和双手啊!

今天從周兆祥博士手中得到這個愛心療愈師的證書,感覺自己回到小學生,很多地方需要學習,進步,很多東西等我去學,去應用,有從頭開始的感覺。也感到一種使命感。

感恩又得到一種有效的助人助己方法。我會用心,用手去療愈自己,幫助別人,家人,去發揮出自己更大的潛能,將愛傳出去!

We are Energy carriers。 Everyone can heal themselves by using energy -vibration healing!

Strongly recommend this course to people who have health issues or want to improve spiritual capability.

後記:

今天是情人節,我和媽媽做手療。她剛剛跌倒,背部都敷上了膏藥,她有時也有失眠的问题。我用overtone chanting 和手療一起,給她做了30分鍾,她感覺是很平靜,很放松,很喜歡 祥哥alpha background  music 和整個氣氛。我叮嘱她要每天都練習。真希望手療可以給她帶來健康和有质素的睡眠。

我覺得這個情人節變成了感恩節,手療,變成我感恩的禮物,送給媽媽!

雙手 - 就是我們的天然醫生 - LOVE is the best healing therapy

最近接觸手療,又叫Energy Healing, vibration healing。認識到我們的身體,意念潛有很大的潛能去修理自己的身體,修復自己的細胞,修復心靈,提升自己的狀態。是的,Our bodies can heal ourselves to some extent. 作為一個生命工作者,學習手療,對情緒和身體治療都有莫大的幫助!我相信,每個人都可以通過手療,改善自己的身體和提升心理質素。

在這裡,我想分享下上個月(24-25/1/201)跟周兆祥博士(祥哥)和李詩燕老師學習手療所帶來的感受和變化。

上個月(24-25/1/2015)和Dreams Possible 同學一起跟周兆祥博士 (祥哥)和李詩燕老師學習手療。感覺 上很 touching, overwhelmed,   so much to learn, 20幾天過去了, 內心的感動還在消化。

手療課,可以說是上這麽多心靈課程中最特別的:有吃 (  有機生吃,全生的,还是第一次),有睡 (被療愈者),有催眠 (OVERTONE CHANTING),有按摩,有故事聽,有分享,還有動感催眠- 自由舞蹈! 節目簡直是多姿多彩,包含着深刻的意义,充滿正能量!







最令我感受深刻的是周兆祥博士的人生態度,慢活的人生方式;對死亡的豁達; 那份那份平和,自在,氣定神閑; 那份慈悲;那份對人和大自然的無條件的愛;對地球生態的强烈關注。

我很嚮往這種人生態度和生活方式,自在,平靜,從日常生活小事開始!
这些,都激發我改正不良習慣!

當我們做手療時,我很喜歡的祥哥的口琴,笙樂吹奏的background音樂,悠揚,高雅,帶這一些禅美,滄桑, 令人感慨,带来反思!

還有司燕老師的溫柔,高貴和優雅的聲音! OVERTONE CHANTING,對我的睡眠質素幫助很大!


第二天的課程,我感受更深! 20多位同學老師一起,在司燕的指導下,針對我的肩周炎,幫我做了一個現場手療。

今天是情人節,我和媽媽做手療。她剛剛跌倒,背部都敷上了膏藥,她有時也有失眠的问题。我用overtone chanting 和手療一起,給她做了30分鍾,她感覺是很平靜,很放松,很喜歡 祥哥alpha background  music 和整個氣氛。我叮嘱她要每天都練習。真希望手療可以給她帶來健康和有质素的睡眠。

這個情人節變成了感恩節,手療,變成我感恩的禮物,送給媽媽!

華山分享:我剛剛參加了周兆祥博士的兩天手療課程,收穫甚大,好幾個環節都有極深的體驗。如此,誠意推薦。

手療是「按手療癒」的簡稱,即是把自己的身體作為媒介(渠道),引入天地的能量(所謂「氣」、「恩寵」、「生命力」),輸送給別人或自己來改善身心靈狀態(包括將病醫好,甚至起死回生)。手療的益處、作用----生理的層面,甚麼病症手療做得正當都加速康復。對於幾種癥狀,效果尤其明顯:

Our group is full of warmth, love and support. I posted my reflection on sickness today and immediately people came up with lots of regards and ideas how to turn sickness to advantages for our body healing. Then I read an article with more ideas on how we see our sickness ( attitude) will play more important role on our recovery and longevity. Wonderful article. I appreciate the doctor's view so much and share it to us.

My Body talks: I have been sick this week , serious cold attack for days. Just sleeping and doing a little reading, writing. My favorite things.😄 Interestingly, i am very enjoying feeling my body's feeling.She was angry with me by Pain but now she is much relieved and happier to see I am paying attention to her 😀 Take care, everyone. 6 Steps To Healing Yourself

Take a moment and check in with yourself. How is your body feeling right in this moment? If you’re generally healthy, check in for subtle symptoms. Is your neck feeling tense? Does your lower back ache? Do you have a headache? Are you exhausted — again? Or perhaps you’re battling a more serious health diagnosis and you’re experiencing symptoms from your health condition.
Whether you’re experiencing the nuisance of a minor physical symptom, the more concerning stress of a serious health condition, or simple curiosity about how you might maximize your vitality and longevity, I’m psyched to share with you something they never taught me in medical school.
The Body Knows How To Heal Itself
Your body is beautifully equipped with natural self-repair mechanisms that are under the influence of thoughts, feelings and beliefs that originate in your mind. It knows how to kill cancer cells, fix broken proteins, slow aging, eliminate toxins, fight infections, get rid of foreign bodies, and otherwise keep you healthy. Things go awry and disease manifests when these self-repair mechanisms fail to function properly.
But here’s the kicker. Your nervous system has two operating systems — the “fight-or-flight” stress response dominated by the sympathetic nervous system and the relaxation response run by the parasympathetic nervous system. Only when your nervous system is in a relaxation response do your body’s self-repair mechanisms function!
The stress response is there to protect you in case a tiger chases you. But these days, we’re pretty safe from tigers, and yet our stress responses get triggered, on average, over 50 times per day. How? The amygdala in your lizard brains perceives negative thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, such as financial fears, relationship worries, work stress, loneliness, or pessimism, as threats equally scary as a tiger. Then BOOM. The scaredy-cat amygdala goes on red alert, and when this happens, our bodies can’t repair themselves. No wonder we get sick!
6 Simple Steps To Activate Your Body’s Self-Repair Mechanisms

You don’t have to be at the mercy of your stress responses. As I teach in my new book Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof That You Can Heal Yourself, you can be proactive about activating your body’s natural self-healing. Try these scientifically-proven steps as a health prevention strategy or as treatment for any health condition you might be battling.
Step 1: Believe You Can Heal Yourself
Don’t believe that positive belief can cure the body? Think again! The medical establishment has been proving that the mind can cure the body for over 50 years. We call it “the placebo effect,” and it has been proven to cause resolution of symptoms- and real physiological change — in 18-80% of the patients in clinical trials who are treated with nothing more than sugar pills, saline injections, or fake surgeries.
As long as you believe your condition is “incurable” or “chronic,” it will be. Don’t believe your health condition could possibly resolve? Check out theSpontaneous Remission Project, a compilation of over 3,500 case studies proving that spontaneous remission has been reported for just about every illness out there- Stage 4 cancers, HIV, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases, even an untreated gunshot wound to the head!
For my skeptical physician mind, reading through all these case studies was a paradigm shift. It’s kind of like the story of the 4-minute mile. Exercise physiologists used to think the body was physiologically incapable of running a mile in less than 4 minutes — and so no athlete ever did it. Then in 1954, Roger Bannister ran a mile in three minutes and fifty-nine seconds. Once that limiting belief was shattered, virtually every athlete that competes in a world-class event has run the mile in under four minutes. Today’s world-record time for the mile is 3:43:15, more than 15 seconds under 4 minutes.

Scientific data proves that once you believe healing is possible, it can be. So what do you believe?
Step 2: Find The Right Support
To say that you can heal yourself is sort of a misnomer because the scientific data proves that, equally essential to positive belief is the nurturing care of a true healer, someone optimistic who shares your positive belief, includes you in true partnership, respects your intuition, cares for your wellbeing, and ensures you that you won’t be alone on your self-healing journey.
Do you have the right healers on your health care team?
Step Three: Listen To Your Body & Your Intuition
Nobody knows your body better than you, not even a doctor. We doctors may know the arteries of the leg or the anatomy of your organs better than you, but you know what’s best for your own body better than anyone else. When my literary agent first read Mind Over Medicine, she said, “Lissa, before I read this book, I honestly thought my body was none of my business. Now I know better.”
Yes! Your body is indeed your business. So listen to your intuition and trust what it tells you.
Not in touch with your intuition? Then listen to your body, which is one vehicle your intuition uses to speak to you. If you have a physical sensation in your body — pain, tightness, nausea, clenching, dizziness — ask your body what it is trying to communicate to you. Then listen up! This is the voice of your inner wisdom and it will always lead you directly to your true north.
Step Four: Diagnose The Root Causes Of Your Illness
Your doctor may give you one kind of diagnosis- migraines or irritable bowel syndrome or breast cancer, for example. But the kind of diagnosis I’m talking about gets at the root of what might have triggered stress responses in your body and deactivated your body’s self-healing mechanisms, thereby making your body vulnerable to illness.
What aspects of your life are activating your stress responses? What relaxation response-inducing activities — like meditation, creative expression, laughter, engaging in work you love, massage, yoga, or playing with animals — have you been neglecting?
Illness is often a wake up call, forcing us to get down and dirty with what’s really true in our lives. We can either play the victim or we can use illness as an opportunity to awaken.

Step Five: Write The Prescription For Yourself
This won’t be the kind of prescription you fill at a pharmacy, though it certainly may include elements of Western medicine. It’s more of a self-guided action plan intended to make your body ripe for optimal health and full recovery.
So ask yourself, “What does my body need in order to heal?” Your Prescription may include diet changes, an exercise regimen, and a conventional medical treatment plan. But it may also include getting out of a toxic relationship, quitting a soul-sucking job, adding a meditation practice, taking steps to get out of debt, or following a passion.
Be as specific as you can. Then muster up the courage to put your plan into action!
Step Six: Surrender Attachment To Outcomes
What if you’ve adopted a positive attitude, found the right healer, tapped into your intuition and your body, diagnosed the root cause of your health condition, written The Prescription for yourself and put it into action- but you’re still sick? Are you doing something wrong? Is it your fault you’re still sick?
Absolutely not — and any talk of guilt, blame, or shame for someone on a healing journey only activates more stress responses and harms the body.
So what’s the deal? This is where the art of surrender comes in. Some patients do everything “right” and spontaneous remission happens. But others are the proverbial choir- and they’re still sick. Why does this happen? Honestly, I don’t know. The only real answer is a spiritual one. Perhaps our souls come here on this earth to learn lessons, and illness can be a spiritual practice, a way to learn our life lessons and a part of our soul’s destiny.
What I can say is that if you’ve followed the 6 steps, you’ve done everything within your power to make your body ripe for miracles — and the rest is out of your hands. So take a deep breath, trust The Universe, surrender attachment to any particular health outcome, and let any health condition you face be an opportunity for spiritual awakening.
