Donna 透過一系列的自我夢境治療，成功走出長達十年的失眠痛苦深淵。

這段深刻的療癒轉化，驅使她致力於將夢境與心理健康知識推廣至社區，提倡將解夢轉化為一種自我探索與療癒的生活態度。

Donna 擅長運用夢境隱喻、生命故事，透過真誠的交談與分享，並結合催眠治療、夢境治療、電影治療與 NLP 等專業身心輔導方法，應用於

情緒疏導、

睡眠改善、

體重與疾病管理、

生死教育、

及生涯規劃等領域，

協助大衆達致身心整合、身心療癒，發掘無限潛能的目標。

從2014年至今，她和團隊在社區和大專開展了超過 90場身心療愈工作坊。2021年，Donna接受了香港電台訪問，關於催眠療愈、夢境治療與提升身心健康的關係。

人性化、個人化的解夢 - 夢境治療，就是其中深度的心靈和身體自我療癒的過程。 

20多年來，我和自己做夢境治療，治愈長期失眠等各種身心症狀，改寫了夢境，改寫了家庭關係，活出我的渴望。

我深深感到：

解夢的過程，是發揮夢境作爲身、心、靈的內窺鏡的功能，

a self coach, self healing, self development process.

我善於團隊精神，集體的智慧，將人性化、個人化的解夢思維模式， 結合個人從解夢中成長經驗，正向心理學的知識推廣到社區，激勵更多人面對情緒和身心困擾的挑戰， 提升睡眠質素，心理質素，開拓無限潛能。

我喜歡製作YOUTUBE節目，包括自我減壓、放鬆、睡眠催眠、解夢和情緒轉化的冥想錄音。激勵人們用心靈的力量，做自己的心理治療師，生命教練!

IMDHA mandates some of the most stringent certification standards in the profession. I have been  prominently listed as a member in good standing for consecutively 7 years.

As a hypnotherapist and dream therapist, my dream is to connect people in subconscious level, to inspire people to develop self healing power, to empower people to listen to their heart. 

While inspiring people to live on their dreams and to excel themselves, I excel myself to be peaceful, abundant inside out.

My mission is to inspire people to be their own life coaches and empower people to develop their subconscious potential towards a greater awareness of making choices for happiness, self development and wholeness. Human, individualization, empowerment of self-healing, self-coaching to develop potentiality.

With warm, friendly hypnotherapy conversation, dream therapy and narrative therapy, NLP, clients will find more inner power, become more creative, courageous, happier  inside out.
