Daniel Markler 是我最近最喜歡的 YouTuber 之一,他是一名電影製作人和一名心理治療師。

他的風格很像我,用敘事療法,自己的生命故事,給與人們一些啓迪,如何處理好生活中的困難和挑戰。

長期失眠,大部分人的情緒自然會差,所以,想要有好的情緒和心情,搞好睡眠管理置爲重要。但情緒又影響睡眠!所以,需要同時去管理,相互相成!

失眠,也是我曾經遇到的問題。我運用夢境治療和催眠治療法來幫助自己克服長期的挑戰。
Daniel在這個視頻中,也提到了夢境對於幫助他解決問題、找到他的需要和自我價值,以及幫助他治療失眠多麼重要。

Daniel Markler is one of my recent favorite YouTuber, a film maker and a mental therapist.
His style is very much like me, to use narrative therapy, personal stories, with self as examples in dealing with different issues in life.
Insomnia, my issue some years ago. I used dream therapy and hypnotherapy to help myself to overcome my long time challenge.
Daniel in this video, also mentioned how important dreams are to help him to solve problems, to find his need and true self and dream therapy to help him to sleep better.
