How to prevent nightmares for babies and kids

有些孩子睡著了,突然坐起來哭叫,因為她/他在發噩夢。然後又睡著了。醒來,他們可能記得,也可能不記得。如果孩子可以說的出來,就和他解夢,好好疏解他們的情緒和困擾。另外,音樂治療也很有預防和安撫作用:

when the kids happen to dream and cry during sleep, most likely they have some unhappy experiences or health issues or something make them uncomfortable and insecure. One of my suggestions is at home or in the kindergarten, before sleep, use a light soft LULLABY music, at very low volume to make them pampered , comfortable, stable subconsciously , feeling relaxed and warmed.
