今天你怎樣令自己快樂?

每天,给自己片刻,问下自己:

今天我最快樂的事情是❓
問家人,今天你最快樂的時刻是什麼時候?

對我來說,昨天最快樂的時刻是我的案主朋友接受了寬恕家人,原諒她恨了50年的父親。她開始真正學習放下。

昨天我的案主開始接受寬恕原諒的力量,明白做受害者的弊病,我說,這是你給自己最好的禮物,也是送給我最好的禮物🎁

然後,我和家人一起吃飯,好多分享,明白孩子多一些,這是我最滿足的。

今天,寫了一些做個案的體驗和學習,明白到和別人做個案,也是在和自己做healing,所以好感恩,一起陪伴,成長。🌹🙏



每天早上起床,問下自己,今天我做什麼可以令我最開心?最有滿足感?

我們不一定會每天都做到自己喜歡的事情,但我們可以感受任何事情中的意义,感恩其中的學習。
