每一年，媽媽都專門去SoGo買生日卡給我們。
這一張，是她買給我的。
媽媽找到這張card，她愣住了，不敢相信，這正是她想說給我的心底話。

讀著這段感人肺腑的特質描述，代表媽媽心底的話，說的是她愛我什麼。怎不叫我熱淚盈眶?!
這一年過的不容易，媽媽前一段時間心情不好，我常常陪伴左右，有時自己也很困擾，對我情緒管理是極大的考驗。我有時覺得媽媽在變化，但我沒有跟的上她的變化，或者，我還沒有完全接納她的變化 （退化和情緒波動）。這是我的生命功課，我仍在學習。
我和媽媽這一年的互動，可以說是有淚有笑，充滿溫情，又帶著一點火藥味，每一次都是反思和轉化的契機。
媽媽最近開始走出困境，血壓也開始穩定一些。我開始鬆了一口氣，慢慢看到媽媽和我都在成長，感恩又欣慰。
心想，Alll is well. Life is just a learning, growing up process from birth to end.
原來媽媽越來越理解我，大家有了深刻的內在連結，我深深感到被讀懂，被明白，被認同，被激勵，一種喜出望外的喜悅湧上心頭。
媽媽還用了幾天時間在為我製作生日video。比她自己生日更重視。

想起2018年三月第一次回赣洲，我的出生地，寻找生命的源头：
江西探親尋根之旅
今年的春節，是爸爸離開我們第一次過節；媽媽很想囘老家過年，一來散散心，二來還心願，拜山，見親戚，拜會老同學，參觀母校，太多年沒有回去看看。
對我來説：
至從出世於贛州，就沒有回去過，後來隨著家人到不同省份居住，直到移民香港，安頓下來，從童年到青少年，到出來工作，別人常常問我， where I was from? 我自己也一直有個疑問？

A heartfelt card from my younger brother:
My brother drew this birthday card for me as every year he did. Although he lives far far away, I can feel that our hearts are connected always.
I love flowers and the background color is my favorite, which I use often recently. It is amazing that this simple combination is just brilliant.
I said to him:, "I like the background color and the graceful flowers so much! It is not surprised how in sync our minds are. " 心靈相通，不論大家相距多麼遥遠。
