如何不會burnout?

聽完華山的錄音,想起

在《無我抗爭》一書,華山就用這個理念,當時對我影響很大,時常提醒自己,不要累壞自己。還需努力,因為自己會投入到自己也不知累了,很可怕。

所有coach都是selfcoach,不用內疚自責,盡力而為。

第三,
所有coach也是對自己的教育,借鏡和鞭策。
這一點,我好有共鳴,
夢境就是集體潛意識的反射,別人的恐懼,困境,也是自己曾經的 或要留意或存在的。所以,對我來說,是共同療癒成長的過程。
如果你看到我們工作坊的分享,會知道我是非常感恩三位嘉賓的夢境治療的分享,全部都是積極的提醒,好美麗。雖然夢境表面是噩夢,黑暗恐怖。
家庭衝突,情緒爆發,都是最好的契機看自己。

最近每天都有夢境來告訴我當前面對的issues,寫出來,分享出來,wish to let know our dreams are soo powerful if we really look into it, study it.
原來潛意識是那麼的溫柔,那麼有力量。當我脆弱,擔心,她就會教我如何放下和安頓。好可愛的內在老師。

That's great that Donna finally got what I mean. (My translation of today's sharing is as below)

Being a personnel for healing others' psychological/mental illnesses via whatever means like dream thearapy is very good act which is highly honored and appreciated.

However, being burnout due to attracting negative and unhealthy stuff indirectly through the healing processes from the clients without having a clear-cut and healthy boundary between two of you may be a tragedy indeed!!!

Even worse, therapists don't know that these hidden poisonous elements/energy have already hurt/destroyed their health and minset gradually is truly a kind of burnout (being suffered) eventually.
