在解夢中，我常常感到：
當夢者敘述自己的故事時，夢境的隱喻、象徵意義已經在現實生活中體現了。所以，大部分夢境已經成真，因爲夢境本身就是現實中自己的寫照！只不過被自己埋沒、壓抑或忘記了！
特別是噩夢，個案中我看見：不少已經成真！
有的噩夢，是預警、預兆，只是時間問題，也許是定時炸彈，也許任何時候都會發生，也許不會發生，一旦被警惕，被預防！
有的美夢，卻需要努力才能成真！
