感恩踢走ego和焦虑

跟 Dr Deepak學習冥想


他常常提到gratitude是吸引abundance - 找到豐盛資源的基礎。
加深我對感恩的重要性的理解。感恩是state of mind, 是人生態度、修行。和幸福 Happiness一樣,和人的價值 Value, self esteem 一樣看待,它們都和我們所處的環境,自己目前的處境 - 財富、健康狀態完全無關,是一種深度的感受和境界。
最喜歡他說的:
When we feel gratitude, our ego steps away so that we are capable to enjoy the greatest love, compassion and understanding.

Day 16 on 22 days of Abundance Meditation  11 3 2020

I learnt that
Gratitude is independent from any situations, circumstances and personal experiences, esp. in facing adversity and failures.
When we connect with this true inner joy - gratitude, we feel blessed with no reason.

By giving thanks to all we have and and commit to live our life in deep appreciation, abundance will certainly flows to our life.


從中,我反思:為什麼感恩對我們情緒安穩,潛能發揮那么重要?
因為感恩踢走了自大和自卑,強化了內在的安全感;
令人謙卑、平靜,令人有安穩的心,去感受感受別人的愛和關心,發現自己也有愛的能力;去聆聽自己內在的呼喚,找回自己解決問題的創意,
看到自己的擁有和資源,積極地去解決問題。
感恩,真的可以大大減少抱怨、煩躁、焦慮和憂鬱, 对减少身心疾病 - 高血壓,癌症, 憂鬱狂躁症等等,有莫大幫助。需要的不斷做正向的自我催眠練習。

前幾年寫下感恩催眠的詩句,自我激勵自己,在此共勉:

Being thankful
Let go of worries, anxiety; Grow wisdom, hope Find resources. Being thankful Opens up my mind To see life as an adventure; Full of opportunities.p  Being thankful Turn negative to positive; Darkness to brightness; No failures in life, but journey of adventures. Gratitude is an attitude; So is happiness. Gratitude is a choice, It brings us happiness.

在逆境中,看看我們擁有什麼
在順境中,看看別人沒有什麼
感恩是幸福的源泉
因為
感恩令人慈悲,
感恩令人包容。
感恩令人謙卑,
感恩令人知足,
感恩學懂珍惜。
感恩讓人平靜,
感恩長出智慧。
感恩開闊胸襟,
感恩擴大視野,
感恩看到選擇。
感恩照亮黑暗,
感恩帶來光明,
感恩得到力量,
感恩看到希望。
感恩化解分歧,
感恩凝聚人心。
感恩產生療愈,
感恩身心安頓。
感恩是一種態度,
感恩是一生的修煉,
感恩幸福一直在身邊!
