Coaching steps in dream therapy and hypnotherapy


Coaching Procedure:
1
What is your present situations?  目前的状况
(Life, spirit, health, working, retirement, changing point, any challenge)

What are you most concern? Most worry, most fear, most want to do and to achieve?
What is your Passion? Things most think about? Your present goal and future goal?
In within 5 years, where will you be?
3 How can I get my way to my goal?
1)  Do you know your psychological obstacle for your goal?  What is that? 心理障碍?
2)  Personal story: unforgettable stories: set back and glory, most inspiring stories :
two parts: 成长中最难忘的事情
Strength
 (Finding character, potential, strength, dreams, inner passion, talent
Weakness
by birth and by experiences and trauma, family relationship, parenting impact?)
3)  Dream analysis: why dream analysis: finding solutions, resources, confidence, and energy
Dream insights:
Finding my own inner power by life experience story and dreams:
Appreciation and gratitude of dreams and life, people around and including my enemy
Conclusion:



對於任何個案,我都把自己放空,留下一張空白的頭腦,不帶任何框框,也沒有任何既定的strategy,我只是專注的聆聽,聆聽中,我自然開始知道問什麼,不斷問問題,一問一答中,個案的生命故事就活現在眼前。

聆聽和發問,帶出目前的狀況和需要解決的問題

敘事中,反思事件中的學習、經驗和教訓

找到自己的位置和我到底需要什麼?是什麼影響我生命的靈魂?我忽略了什麼?大部分是不懂愛自己,自責和我不夠好!

這是最重要的!影響生命的各個環節!

我的核心情緒是什麼?內疚,遺憾,恐懼失去?最害怕是什麼?擔心是什麼?

每一個故事中,我的特質、特質是什麼?潛能和能力在哪裡?我是生命價值和意義?我要去哪裡?我最想成為什麼?

不斷發問,不斷empower 個案,啟發個案,同時給與回饋和讚美!

然後用催眠治療處理核心情緒。

最後,

提醒個案需要做的生命功課

修正什麼?繼續什麼?目標是什麼?
