如何自我療愈胃病及失眠

在做保險工作期間,我得了胃病,經常胃抽經,失眠。



後來生了孩子,情況更差。漸漸醫好的了,不是吃藥,而是自我反思,自我放鬆的心態,加上自我催眠養心,養生法。


自我催眠不僅是方法,而是將正面思維潛移默化的紮根於我們的潛意識的過程,從而改寫信念,更新習慣,一生的修行。




My experience in overcome the issues: Mental effect, stress, extremely deprivation of sleep , internal factors are the major causes. Our body's others functions become vulnerable , because of weak stomach, poor rest.. Ways to overcome

1 Hypnosis by Zero Limits and relaxation meditation or guided meditation

Do zero limits, meditation with breaching , massaging body, touching with warming hands

I am sorry because... ( listening to inner talk, finding the inner causes, not from external)

Please forgive me for... ( ask inner self to forgive self, no need to feel guilty, just move forward)

I love you by... ( a list of actions , see below)

Thank you for... ( show gratitude and love for ourselves caring, alarming calls)



                                             Zero Limits 
When inner self gets your message, it will be released and returned to peaceful state ( 心身安顿) . 


2 dealing with issues which you are stuck in , got it done asap. or find more ways , choices , flexibility

3 change diet, habit.

1) 飯後一定不要馬上坐下來,休息,take a nap or a walk ,或做一些輕微的運動 stretch

飯後百步走,活到九十九, 治胃病,就是要動,走

2) sleep earlier and take rest asap

4 better not sharing food and utensil , cross cross-infection

5) Don't eat too hot , acidic l stuff and more here to refer
