每天一杯蔬果汁

這次用了苦瓜搾汁,加上一個香蕉,好味道,帶著微微的苦瓜bittergourd 香味。 苦瓜的益處説不完:「瓜中之王」苦瓜!清熱、解毒、控糖、防癌 。

一、減肥
二、降膽固醇
三、預防及對抗癌症
四、控制血糖,改善第二型糖尿病
五、消炎

偏寒,加上一些姜爲好哦。

這兩天的蔬果汁
我都加了asparagus蘆筍,(最好是有機的),這兩天的蔬果汁,我都加了asparagus蘆筍,(最好是有機的),曾經看過一些用蘆筍果汁降肝酵素,治療肝癌的成功個案。相信這些蔬菜一定有提升自我免疫力和抗癌的功能。

好的事情堅持做,成爲吃飯睡覺一樣的習慣,這是我其中一個堅持爲家人做的事情,也是為我自己做的事。鼓勵大家都來做自己喜歡又健康的蔬果汁。

1蘆筍熱量低,鈉含量也非常的低。它是維生素B6,鈣,鎂,鋅,膳食纖維,蛋白質,β-胡蘿蔔素,維生素C,維生素E,維生素K,硫胺素,核黃素,蘆丁,煙酸,葉酸,鐵,磷,鉀,銅,錳和硒,的一個非常良好的來源,還有,一種微量元素,增強胰島素從血流運輸葡萄糖進入細胞的能力。氨基酸天冬酰胺是從蘆筍得其名稱,蘆筍植物含比較豐富的這種化合物。在世界許多地方提供蘆筍的製備方法,通常作為開胃菜或蔬菜的配菜。

3不適宜: 蘆筍雖然有著這樣那樣的好處,大部分人群都比較適合食用,但是痛風和尿酸代謝異常的人群不適宜食用, 由於蔬菜中蘆筍的嘌呤含量相對較高,會加重尿酸的代謝障礙。

每天一杯蔬果汁,高纖,高能量,各種人體需要的維他命、礦物質都可以得到,新鮮又可口。

果汁,加入蔬菜。我堅持這種方法,一次·過可以吃多些天然維他命和各種元素,及葉綠素,高纖維,微量元素等,對與血清素的分泌,有很大的幫助。

對於有免疫系統失調,如癌症、濕疹、哮喘、糖尿病、高血压等症状有莫大好處。

第一次試下用火龍果和它的皮,加上其它蔬果榨果汁,味道好潤滑啊!
果汁的材料有:紫胡蘿蔔、西瓜、紅火龍果 火龍果皮果汁 - 非常美麗的果汁,清涼,清甜,解渴,消暑。

Fruit, vegetable juice ,plus all fiber, wonderful energy, anti oxidant food.

One of my daily jobs is to make a multi fruit, vegetable juice for my family and myself 😀

Donna, thank you for the inspiration!  The drinks sound wonderful.  I made one today with blueberries, banana, avocado, parsley, yogurt, oat milk, a medjool date, and some dried berries.  Pretty good too!  I wanna try to use coconut milk (to avoid hidden sugar in vanilla yogurt) and dragon fruit (I didn't know the skin is edible!).   They truly are "Life Food"!  Thanks for sharing!

Living food is full of cleaning and super food and variety of nutrition, vitamins and probiotecs. 
One thing to be careful is to avoid high sugar content despite the sugar from fruit, natural sugar, which may increase the insulin and blood sugar resistant symptoms.  
I used to put orange, apple or other sweet fruit, dry berry, but now I use less,.or a little bit , just to improve its taste. 
Keep trying and improving,  enjoying living food.😀💖🥦🥬🥒🫑🧅🧋
I also use 🥦, 🌰 🧅 beetroot ...
