Happiness is not from physical activities alone, but most from living in harmony with yourself

Slow down to achieve more. 

If we are always in rush, take a pause. Our age is for wisdom not for racing.

Happiness is not to achieve big things but from achieving little things.

Find joy from little things. Each day find three things that make you joyful.

Learn to value self and value others and value small things you have accomplish will make you fulfilled.

Practice gratitude. It is a path way to inner peace. 

Gratitude is not just a good habit for politeness, 

Gratitude is a deep transformative state of mind that connects us to the  presence moment and the abundance already present in our live .

Every night write down 3 things that you think thankful.
