I love writing therapy. It is healing and self reflective process.
Every time when i sit down to write, I come back to my inner home and to connect with my inner parents, inner child. Love, compassion and inner peace just embraces me .

先療愈自己的創傷
處理自己的脆弱,
才有同理心
去承托別人的創傷,
接納別人的脆弱。
沒有人能夠完全處理好自己的問題,
這不重要。
重要的是:
每次自我療愈,
會令再來的創傷,降低,再降低。
令我們的慈悲心,提升,再提升。
Only by healing your own wounds and dealing with your own vulnerability, can you have the empathy to support others’ wounds and accept others’ vulnerability.
No one can completely handle their own problems, it doesn't matter.
The important thing is:
Every time you heal yourself,
the next trauma will be reduced again and again.
Let our compassion rise and rise again.

You can only have the empathy to support the wounds and accept the vulnerability of others if you are constantly healing your own wounds and addressing your own vulnerability.
Nobody can solve their own difficulties entirely.
The issue is
Each time you recover, the subsequent trauma will be less severe.
