解夢和生命故事工作坊中，我利用了DR Huck的Desire Cards, 渴望卡：
這是一個療愈工具，一個深刻了解自己，表達自己，找到自己的passion和渴望的生命探索
在工作坊中，朋友們找到適合自己的卡，講出自己的心底的話，內在心聲。
一位朋友渴望和追求的狀態:天人合一
第二位朋友渴望和追求的狀態:活出自由
但可以用其他方法去活出這個狀態，不一定要去流浪
一位朋友的心底話，說的太好了，我們都很感動

另一位朋友的分享，渴望嘗試生命的各種可能性，渴望與人靠近，與人產生連接
解夢和生命故事工作坊中，當時，我讓朋友們盡情表達，沒有講自己的故事。現在，我將我的渴望CARD分享給大家：
我追求的生命意義和心底願望：我渴望由於我的存在，令別人感到幸福一点；
心理治療,催眠和解夢，故事療愈工作坊，讓我和別人產生深刻的理解，連結,也让我感到幸福，就算是有很多困难要克服, 也不感到辛苦，内心充满富足，饱满...

Recently I have run workshops for college students，I realised I am in love with my work in young people's career and potential development.
I will continue to work with the young people, whom I will dedicate my life with them, to hear their voice, to develop their potential and ability from subconsciously approach, by our mindfulness power.

One of my most favorite, most used therapy:
Narrative therapy is a
form of psychotherapy that seeks to help people identify their values and the
skills and knowledge they have to live these values, so they can effectively
confront whatever problems they face.
