Grounding myself for the workshop 2 - 《明心法工作坊》

Jonathan's course on communication skills by 《明心法工作坊》is inspiring me to ground myself for my 4th workshop on dream interpretation therapy:

A.S.S.E.R.T and Satir's  communication triangle remind myself to be humble, sincerer. The format is to be easy to understand and the environment relaxing.

And appreciation to audience is very essential.

I need to bring in mind that the workshop is a communication platform between me, audience, most importantly, it is communication of each one with their inner selves. So everyone is the main character in the show.
