什麽是活在當下?"THE POWER OF NOW"

My dear friend,

昨天,我和你一談就三個多鍾頭,很享受其中。感受到活在當下的那種無比的自在,自由,輕松,和內在自己接近很多。

你教我的那幾個動作,我會堅持練習。

每天給自己10多分鍾,在日光下做下運動,是我的願望,但我的另一個自己又想工作,不想用大好的時光去做, 既是作運動,也多在晚上。我看到自己這樣下去,“身體不能持續發展”。你的一句話,“你真的要愛自己呀”!話觸動我的神經,Group mate Raymond也提醒我要多些和大自然接觸,做到 “陰陽”平衡。

 你的經曆好像是過了幾世人,但當你講自己的故事時,我已經看不到任何悲傷,痛苦,憂郁,好像是在說別人的故事。我感受的是你的放下,是那麽堅決,徹底!我感受到你的輕松和慈悲,大愛,聆聽、嚼覺你用生命換來的人生哲理。更被你無私貢獻,用生命影響生命的實踐所感動! 

還有令你明白什麽是活在當下的那個邊走邊吃雪條,患帕金遜的老伯伯,好美呀!

我們又談到各種教義,特別是佛教所講的“沒有分別心”,對你、我都啓發很大。自己經曆的一切,沒有好壞、對錯;人也不分高低;帶著平常心,看過去,看將來;昨天明天都不需牽挂,重要的是現在的自己,是否開心,自在!

你談到“ The Power of Now” ,這本書對你影響很大。和我最近感受潛意識的力量不謀而合。我們談到每時每刻都去查覺內在的思維,感受,解讀自己,學習理性和感性合一,意識和潛意識合一就會帶來的真正的活在當下的幸福。我們原來還有很多共同的經曆,想法。

是的,有什麽比愛自己更重要,比關注自己的身體健康,心理健康更重要-和潛意識做好朋友吧。Despite a long way to go,  we are learning and enjoying the learning process.



一年前,在工作坊認識你,原來你是帶著病痛而來,撕裂的頭痛吞掉了你的笑容;但我很感恩,這次解夢工作坊後,你和我分享你的夢,你渴望和父母和解的心,你的夢,潛意識,帶領著你終于走出自己,回到父母的懷抱,修复了与父母的关系裂口,找回親人的關愛!從你的經曆,我再次明白到,明白自己的家庭史,才能了解真正的自己,接受自己,找回真正的自己,活現出美麗的自己!

透徹的了解自己,感受自己的感受,才能有同理心,感受到別人的感受!



感恩!生命每個是刻都是學習的經曆,享受過程,結果怎樣不再重要。
