回到生命的原點

Just feeling grateful,
really love to work , to learn together with young people.They are my best teachers.



今天,回到母校, 和同學們一起上Red 給我們的成長課程,同時做helper, thanks for Red invitation.

理工變化之大,我進去都迷路了。但那康樂大樓,學生會大樓,我們今天上課的地方,還是把我帶回時光隧道...

當年,剛剛來港三年,考上理工,一方面感到幸運,但另一方面,因為自己的英文不好,壓力很大,感覺理工的紅牆就像高山,一生中最大困難的時間可能就在這裡度過。以後沒有什麼大困難吧。雖然讀的專業是自己喜歡的 - 化學。

的確,一畢業,系主任就介紹工作給我,說,好像是為我度生身訂做的工作。原來,在別人眼中,我有與人溝通的能力,做sales,獨立走南闖北的能力,要出差,連自己也不知。於是,不假思索的接受了。

後來換了兩份工作,都是別人找上門,可以說是一生也沒有主動找過工作,都是別人說我可以勝任,於是又試下。

但深知杜明,每份工作,都是挑戰自己的comfort zone,挑戰自己的性格,也expand自己的horizo​​n, 是character building process, 我發現,人的可塑性是很高的,潛能無限,只要願意跳出comfortzone.

過了半輩子,還以為一生都不會有什麼可以難倒自己,但結婚,生孩子後,新的挑戰才開始。那就是relationship的挑戰,情緒管理的挑戰,面對逆境的挑戰。人生陷入低潮,不知如何處理,方才知道自己是多麼的脆弱,學化學的,其實不懂內在的化學。

兜兜轉轉,有了家庭,才發現,生命的化學,生理和心理上的化學還沒有開始學。

回到學堂,從零開始,學習人生的化學,情緒的化學,關係的化學。

今天,再次回到人生的源點,和內在的自己連接。

回到母校,彷彿回到原點​​, 生命是無止境的學習,內在的化學,深奧得很。

要不斷提醒自己

Life is a series of adaptation to new things, acceptance of new challenge and new self.

生命是一系列的接納新事物,新挑戰,不同階段的自己的過程。

In my group,  some female students tended to be less expressive,  only shared a bit and gave closed sentences. When keeping asking them questions,  they gradually developed more and more, starting to connect with themselves. Amazing. This  taught me that we helpers were here to inspire and to empower, in return,  their inner exploration inspired us soo much.
They found their feelings can be expressed, can be heard and can be discovered, inner power enlightenment process ...😃🌈

項目培訓的名稱:Project Star:
PROJECT STARS is a special advancement-training programme tailor-made for high achievers. Aiming at grooming true leaders of tomorrow, the Project emphasizes the character of open-mindedness, civility, the worth of each person, ethical behaviors, and concern for the society and the globe. The Project adopts a progressive approach and contains 2 stages that differ significantly in terms of scope and impact. In view of its intensity and requirement of commitment, the Project only accepts application through nomination. Targets are non-final year full-time undergraduates.
