Why do you choose the words?

What do  the words remind you? The story insight ? Or is the song give you some direction ?

Last group sharing

I will give a self-affirmation meditation first.

Then everyone  Write a self-affirmation meditation short script with the words or your own words  touch your heart and will motivate you in your daily life as a self-Affirmation.

Sharing your story insight and Read the self affirmation  aloud and everyone listening and give her a big appreciation.
