Let's be held by abundance of resources around us


Thanks for Catherine's invitation, I just had the meditation on DAY 1.

A bit sharing

In the Day 1 meditation, I was reminded to appreciate all nature resources around us, Sunlight, blue sky , beauty of mountains in front of my areas...and beyond, just can't take it for granted, when I see patients struggling for their lives and medical, health workers caring around the clock.

We regain The power of Gratitude via the meditation and help to keep a positive mindset in the pandemic period.

This is Deepak Chopra's powerful 21-day Meditation. The exercises are powerful, and exactly what one might naturally do in order to create what they want but Deepak breaks it down in a simple way.

In this section, Dr Deepak Chipra reminds me to use five senses to feel, to taste, to see, to hear and to smell so that we can gain abundance of resources around us.

By breath in and breath out, we breath in positive, creative energy and we breath out limited decisions, beliefs and fears.

Be
Think about what you really want to be and you need.

I really need to create more health habits, more audacity to make my dreams come true.

Make any wishes that I want to improve myself, my quality of life and imagine I have had it already.

To make a proper website with a blog that can be read in CHINA as well. To start online talk.

To write a book on hypno-dream therapies - a journey searching for myself and deep study on human dreams and humanity, happiness resources.

To write a family book about my parents, my self development and my lessons in my life

To write my movie review book with movie therapy - how to use movies to inspire and to empower myself and people around me.

Do
Just do it. The meditation gives me energy to think what I have had and open heart to accept my beauty.

Have
I deserve to have them. I will have them in my life time

During the meditation I saw many inner wisdom figures around me. Yes, I can!

The key abundance resources are inside of ourselves.

IN this section, I re-searched my inner resources - my patience, my compassion, my kindness character, my softness and my empathy traits...

Also it reminded me of my intuition and my passion.

Yes, just open heart to accept the abundance we already have and to create abundance that we have potential to create.

To create infinite abundance from infinite sources.

Just relax and feel it, touch, smell it, hear it and see it ...

Be positive always! That is choice!

Day 2 -
DUE Tonight

It may seem simple to some people but not to others.

Remember that if it’s difficult for you to perform any task, there is a block - an obstacle in your mind on the path towards attaining abundance.

Just be aware of this and stick with it :)

Task
*Write all of your debts in your notebook. *

Debt on a bank account, credit cards, loans, debts to individuals, court debts - all of your debts, of any kind.

No need to record the amount, only who is owed and for what.

For example: a mortgage, a car loan, a debt to VISA for a gift to Shelly, etc.

And after that make a list of all your monthly payments.

Again without numbers, just listing.

For example: renting an apartment, electricity, gas, land tax, water, an accountant, a kindergarten, a music tutor, a gym, a manicure, insurance, gasoline, etc.

Everything you have to pay each month should be recorded.

In general, create a complete list of sources of your monthly expenses, constant and changing.

For some, this list will be extensive.  Give yourself time to calmly walk through all the areas of your life in which you pay money. You may need to add what you remember throughout the day.

Write this phrase of the day in your notebook:

“I create my personal abundance from an infinite source. “

Day 3 27 2 2020


Today's thought 
In this meditation,  Dr Deepat reminds us perception is projection.You can't see spirituality, you can't see mindfulness.  But it does transfer our thoughts into action, our dreams into reality. 
So just get rid of all negative thoughts as they can also turn into real nightmares,  bad reality.
Be present 
Be peaceful 
Be relaxed 
Just focus on what I want to attract into my life with love, kindness. 
Breath in, breath out...

Guide:

Draw notes, checks, stocks, bonds, coins, and any other means of payment in your beautiful notebook.

Draw enough to pay off all the debts and expenses you wrote down yesterday. 😉

You have complete freedom to create and draw a solution.  We draw in order to make it possible to pay for everything you need in the universe!

Use your imagination, your creativity, pens, pencils, paints etc.

Draw bills, coins, wads of money, bags of money, money raining down - whatever you want! 🤑🍀🎋

Remember, this is not a drawing lesson, but about allowing yourself to create your reality and let it manifest into your life.

While you are drawing, feel the satisfaction of creating a balance between debts and expenses and the means of payment that you create - as if it were a real payment of your expenses and debts.

Task

Make a list of people whom you consider to be prosperous in your family or environment.

These are people you personally know and have access to. They have achieved their goals in life, all or in part, are happy, or are perceived by you as happy.

Important!  We are not talking only about financial prosperity, the obligatory component is the joy and happiness that this person is experiencing!

These can be people from the previous list.  It doesn’t matter how many of them in the list, even two people are enough.

Please remember, the more attention and reflection you give to these simple tasks, the greater the return.

Today's task is based on the law of Energy Exchange.

Everything is made of energy.  A person constantly exchanges energy with other people.

The first principle of this law is that balance must be maintained in everything.

If someone departs, then someone will arrive.  Energy does not disappear anywhere.

If you send something outside, then something will return to you.

If you want to achieve a balance in everything, learn to give and receive equally.

Today's exercise is completely devoted to the exchange & returns.  And a turning point in our journey.


The Task

From today, you will be responsible for your OWN abundance group.

It does not have to be big.  Even 2-3 people are enough.

Every day, you will conduct your group through tasks from 0 to 21 days, just like you get them from me and continue to receive.

Today you are just creating your group and send task 0 in it on Tuesday and start on Wednesday as the first day!

How do you open a group?

Choose a profile photo that symbolizes abundance for you.

Name the group "21 Days of Abundance" or other name and invite your friends.

It is important to explain the intention of the group and say that there will be daily tasks.

Invite people from your contact list.

Especially invite people who are interested in the programme.  Do not decide for other people whether they are interested in the programme or not.

Perhaps it is this flow of plenty that they need now.  And you will be the conductor of abundance in the lives of these people!

Potential participants must be prepared to become part of such a process.

Friends may drop out of your group and you may be inclined to convince them to stay but don't persuade anyone. They are free to make their own choice.

Remember, you will need to send meditations and tasks every day and make sure that only those who perform the task remain in the group, maintain the group rules and the general flow.

For some, this task may seem difficult due to the extra effort that will have to be made, or because of fear of failure, or fear of the unknown or the fear of how it looks.

It helps to realize one’s fears, doubts and limitations that interfere with growth.

It’s easy to lead your group and very inspiring (I promise!)

You only need to copy the messages that I am sending you. You can add something from yourself & remember to alter the days/due dates where needed.  If you do not know what to add, just send my messages.

Let the love in your hearts expand, because you can contribute to the well-being of others 🤗

Attitude to Challenges
We are all facing challenges and setbacks over the world. I love really what Dr Deepat says, all failures, setbacks are seeds of success.
Yes, all crisis is also opportunities if we redefine our priority, explore options, opportunities, reset ourselves, focus on our potential, our passion and all resources we can use around us.
Everything I desire is within me.
We are born with all we need for our fulfillment and success.
The key is
Our self esteem is not built on comparison with others in wealth, love, happiness, or health,etc.
Our esteem building is based on how we see our own values, how we develop our potential...
We have all resources we need to create our dreams.

Allow for some more time today - it’s likely the most writing that will be asked of you. 

Statement:

"I, (full name, last name), am starting a new relationship with money today.

Money is good, pure, useful and necessary for my prosperity and growth, for my satisfaction and abundance.

Money brings positive things to my life. The success that I experience in life brings money and happiness for me and my loved ones.

I deserve to flourish and have a lot of money.

Money is my friend and the value of my investments is growing every day.

Success and money accompany me, here and now.

I ask my parents, grandparents, and ancestors who had difficulties due to lack of money, to bless me as I choose to live differently.

And I ask my parents, grandparents, and ancestors who lived in abundance and prosperity to inspire me”

Write this statement 10 times in your notebook by hand.

After that record yourself reading this statement with soul, expression and sense of attachment on audio or video. 

This task is the longest in our journey, it can take about an hour.  Before performing - sit comfortably, relax, inhale several times slowly and deeply through the nose and exhale as slowly through the nose.

Our brain learns through repetition and rehearsal.

Therefore, tune in to connect with what you will write.

All of this is necessary to harmonize your internal relationship with money.

Today's centered thought
I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams.

Feel our feelings, happy, sad, joy, bitter... Our body will connect with our spirituality to provide rich resources when we can feel our feelings and turn them into positive energy.

Luck comes with our good intentions and awareness, but not just by chance.

Create a list of people that make you feel uncomfortable. 

This may include people from the list of the first day, i.e.  those who have pushed you to growth and have brought something meaningful to your life.

Here we are talking about the energy of discomfort.

It can be your relatives or people who are now far from you.

Your litmus test here is a feeling of discomfort or unpleasantness, including if it is not a constant feeling of communicating with this person.

For example, it can be neighbors, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government.

Remember that these people may trigger you, and at the same time, may also be your teachers or mentors. 

Recall and discover why you added their names to this list. 

After you have created the list, write a blessing to each one of them, a specific blessing, from your heart to his or her heart.

For each of the the name, you wrote or whisper :

And from now on, on each purchase receipt that you receive, write this statement.

Remember, it’s important not only what you write, but also how you write it. 

Words have power. They help our mind build new programming and therefore create a new reality.

Law of Giving

The more we give the more we receive. I believe this soo much.

Law of Cause and Effect 因果關係

Life is choice. Life is a learning process to make better choices.
We have all responsibility for our choice.

Take care of ourselves, choose what we eat and we do with full consciousness, with love. Ask ourselves -

Would the choice make the best for us and what is the impact for others, or for the earth ?

Every time when we make a choice, we consider the impact to ourselves and other around us.

Always listen to our heart before we make choice.

Today I made great choices because they were made with full awareness.

This meditation reminds me of no blaming, no complaining but take full responsibility and compassion to self and others.

Establish a program for yourself by writing down at least 2 specific daily actions that “fix” the defect, reduce a deficiency, or realize that there is a plus side to this defect and start using it in to your advantage.

For example: If one is your flaws is being "ungrateful," you can establish a daily journaling of writing down all of what you're grateful.

Law of Least effort

It teaches me that -

We are all in the concert of universe. We dance with the nature. We can learn how to live in harmony and perfect rhythm from nature and our bodies.

We can do less and accomplish more by first practice of acceptance, meaning the more we can accept our circumstance at this moment, the easier we can accomplish.

We struggle against this moment, we actually struggle against the entitle universe. 

If we really want to change our life in someway, accept our life as it is!

The Law of least effort teaches us that if we are in harmony with the nature, respect our true self and motivated by love and compassion, kindness, we can create success of good fortune, with desire with effortless ease.

Take our circumstance exactly as they should be, take our responsibility for our life, without blaming ourselves and others.

Today core thoughts:

I expect and accept abundance to easily flow to me.

To go into our inner self, to inflow and outflow, breath in , breath out, more comfort and more peace, more acceptance to ourselves and others, the more abundance, happiness we can get.

In today's meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support you in being unattached to the outcome of your deepest desires and intentions.

When your actions are motivated by love, your energy is multiplied and accumulated.

The release of this energy allows you to redirect it and use it to create everything that you want to create.

When your spirit is your inner point of reference, all the power of love is at your disposal.  And you can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

Today's centering thought

I place my intention into the vast ocean of all possibilities and allow the universe to work through me.


Dr Chopra says, having abundance consciousness allows us to view life as a magic when need meets grace and ease.


It includes our ability to see the beauty wherever we go, have gratitude as our family motion and to open our heart to everyone we meet and trust the planets we live.


According to the law of intention and desire, we recognize that the deepest level of reality is the fuel of energy that give rise to all forms of creations.


Place intention to whatever you want to create in our life, beauty, love, prosperity with energize the objectives that draw to you.


Attentions energizes, intention transfers.


This reminds me of clarifying what I really want to do and excel my my ability, my talents, focus on what you want to create.


Once you clarify your intentions, surrender them into silence, and allow the universe to work out the details.


Dr Deepak takes us to a beautiful beach where fresh air breezing, salty sand under our feet, blue sea embracing us.


We pick up pens and write down our intentions, which are supported by the universe intelligent.

Law of Detachment
放下期望,盡情創造

Today's Centering Thoughts:

As I let go of the need to arrange my life, the universe brings abundant good to me.

I learnt that

Abundance is a kind of attitude to life, like happiness, it is a state of mind.

IF WE ACCEPT abundance is unlimited resources, we can create unlimited potential.

The law of detachment teaches us to focus what we desire and take necessary steps to achieve our dreams and then find security among uncertainties by letting go of any attachment to outcome.

Casting our intention to the unlimited abundance without attachment to the results.


I realised that when we focus on the results, we put negative conditions in front us: huge pressure, anxiety, which will limit us to see unlimited solutions.

If we can turn pressure to energy, to worry to peace, that is to go into abundance of accepting uncertainties.

Time, space and opportunity is limited in our physical world.
But in the spiritual ram, no such boundary.

Opportunities are limitless and no space on time.


What exits are pure possibilities, potentiality which are activated by your belief and thoughts and intentions.

"Today, put the law of detachment into practice. Detach from all expectation of outcome by allowing everyone and everything the freedom to be exactly as they are. Accept uncertainty and witness the solutions and opportunities that spontaneously spring from it. Then, step into the field of all possibilities, remaining open to its infinity of choices."

Today we will learn how to abandon a desire to get a certain result.

We will learn the Law of Detachment.

Abundance comes in many forms. As long as you create through desires that benefit the whole world, you can get whatever you want.

Symbols of abundance: a big house, a new car or elaborate jewelry will bring waves of excitement into your life.  And yet, these symbols may mean sacrificing the ocean for the sake of several transient waves.

The Law of Dharma - The Law of Purpose of Life

This section is great self searching process:


What's your purpose of life?


To find our purpose of life, we need to discover our true selves.

To truly know ourselves.

What is our talent?
What's our inborn gift?

Ask ourselves, how can invest our talents and gifts to serve people in the world ?


Express our unique talent to people and share our gifts to bring happiness to others.


When we express our talents and match the need around us, abundance will flow into our life effortlessly.


Core thoughts today:


There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life.


All abundance is attracted by ourselves.

Our purpose of life will have great influence on our fulfill our deepest desire.

The more we know our unique talent, the more we can invest our gifts, bring happiness to more people around us.


Explore all the things make us to make a life, not just living.

By finding the purpose of life, it inspires me to serve people by giving my talent, in which I can makes a fulfilled life and give abundance of happiness around me in return.








Note:
Karma: refers to the actions that one does in relation to one’s dharma. In a sense, dharma could be seen as one’s lifelong task, and karma, the steps that one has to take to complete the task.
Dharma: refers to one’s duty in this life. Your dharma varies according to your class, your family, and the time of your life.
So, dharma is purpose – what you set out to do in life. It is the end goal, whereas karma is what you do to get to the end goal (or what you do not do).

Abundance and the Law of Dharma

Today we are completing the second week of the 21 day meditation program of the Chopra Center - KEY TO ABUNDANCE.

Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described in the book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.

When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.

As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”

It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, joy and abundance! And all of its manifestations that will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.

QUESTION N ° 1: What brings you the most joy?

QUESTION N ° 2: How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?

QUESTION N ° 3: How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life's dream?

Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts of the world that surround us, seek us, and ask us to notice and accept them.

Seek, find, accept and give thanks for each of them.

At the end of the day, write down at least three paths / sources through which abundance has come to you today.

As I live in present moment of awareness, I live the magic of syncro-destiny.

Dr Deepak leads us to explore synchronicity in our destiny and how to live in Synchrodestiny to create maximum benefit for the world, for ourselves.

He believes that we are embraced by unlimited intelligence and wisdom dancing with all creatures - forming an abundant leverage effect in the universe, into the event of our daily life.

Trusting there is rhythm to life and when we live in harmony with the rhythm, everything we desire comes effortlessly, magically into our life. Without end,

Have you seen that when everything is all right, they seem to continue to go alright.

You get the feeling that you are totally in alignment the universe.
Opportunities just come out of blue, coincidentally.

That is Synchrodestiny in work.

One you relax to the rhythm of life, as you float on the gentle current of river, carrying you safely to the shore, where everything you want, you have awaiting you.

Like a magnet, you will attract prosperity, emotional well-being, spiritual fulfillment, and deep awareness of your life in purposes.

Pay attention to coincidence, listen to the message they bring and live in abundance of syncho-destiny

Explore the experience syncho-destiny in your own life, consciously recall your awareness of the coincidence that you have.

Perhaps you have idea to solve a problem and someone comes up to assist you with at the same thoughts.

Begin to notice the coincidence and the universe is helping you to realize your dreams . 

Exploring the synchronization of the universe energy, our potentiality and our talents.

This section I am thinking how to integrate all our resources in alignment with people's benefits. making a leverage impact in life.

All of my practice in dream therapy and hypnotherapy also shows that your dreams are my dreams and vise versa.

Write a letter of gratitude and recognition to a person who you think hurt you at some point in life.

Meditate so that the image of this person comes to you.

More than one person may appear but today we write a letter to only one.

Before you sit down to write, cleanse yourself of negative emotions towards this person. If you still have resentment or anger, you can separately write down all these feelings for them on paper and then burn or tear the sheet to shreds.

It is important not to feel hostility towards a person when you write a letter of thanks to them.

Write this letter on a piece of paper. Writing by hand for this exercise is important!

Today I remember to be grateful.

Expressing gratitude is one of the most effective ways to get in touch with our soul.

When we feel gratitude, our ego steps away so that we are capable to enjoy the greatest love, compassion and understanding.

Generating gratitude is also the most powerful way to invite more goodness to our life.

Gratitude is independent from any situations, circumstances and personal experiences, esp. in adversity and failure .

When we connect with this true inner joy - gratitude, we feel blessed with no reason.

 To feel gratitude, consider all gifts we enjoy in our life.

Nurturing loving relationships

 Connecting what we have with very special beings.

 The miracle of our body fertilize your mind

Sweep away any limited belief, negative thoughts.

Remind the positive things surrounding us.

We realize that every experience is a gift.

As we move into that place of gratitude, notice the warmth, love and a sense of compassion and sense of connection enter into our heart.

Realise the seeds of goodness in every situation
Every event is opportunities to bring more love

Think everything in our life that you appreciate.
 Giving thanks to all happiness in the life

By giving thanks to all we have and and commit to live our life in deep appreciation, abundance will certainly flows to our life.

Go within to the place of inner quiet, where we experience the connection with our high self.

More Comfortable and in peace.

Keep your intention in your heart,
 Gently introduce today's centering thoughts And allow it flow with effortless ease.

 I nourish the universe and the universe nourishes me.

Bring awareness to your body, take a moment to rest, inhaling and exhaling deeply and slowly.

I love this section so much. Esp. in the economic recession of the world attacked by the pandemic of corona virus  - 19.

With gratitude, we find happiness and abundance inside ourselves regardless of outside circumstances.

I learnt that
Gratitude is independent from any situations, circumstances and personal experiences, esp. in facing adversity and failures.
When we connect with this true inner joy - gratitude, we feel blessed with no reason.
By giving thanks to all we have and and commit to live our life in deep appreciation, abundance will certainly flows to our life.

Today's centering thoughts

I move through my days lighthearted and carefree knowing all is well


There are some who live day to day concerning about not enough, security issue and unhappy issues...

Their bodies most likely echo this feeling by sending message of discomfort, forming anxiety, worry or stress.

This however doesn't have to be.


Instead we learn to trust the intelligence of the universe, and practice living care-free, we can live healthily without worry and focus on luck.


We can expect only the best and live our lives with full joy.


When the mind nourish the body with carefree thoughts and feelings, our bodies return to their nature state of happiness and calmness.


And from this place of bliss, your are able to regain the memory of who and what you are really are.


The spiritual being is in inter connection with the creature power of the universe.


Reconnecting with the true nature, you trust the invisible boundary between ego and true self.


You begin to feel more light hearten, finding humor in any circumstances and laughing more, even at yourself, because you no longer to take yourself so seriously.


You handle unexpected event, things with calm and ease. Your life become free from mellow drama.


(mellow drama:

exaggerated and emotional or sentimental; sensational or sensationalized; overdramatic.)

What if you learn to detaching from worry of future, and instead trust there is always love in anything you need and desire.


How would you change? Would you feel happier or more carefree?


Notice that all the qualities are available to you, right in this moment, if you choose them.


And this relax and blessing state, there is nothing you lack.


All you need is mind, with no exception.


Practice living each moment with light and open heart. And pay attention to all the these carefree moment, carry with them, great abundance and joy.


To help you to do this, take some time to reflect good time, look at all fortunes, play your favorite songs, take a leisure walk or pat your pets, talk to someone who warm your hearts.


Experience the joy and all you love, including yourself.


As a spiritual being, you fear nothing because you know that there is nothing to fear, and all truly existing in the world is LOVE.

In this section, what struck me most is Everything is well if we have love.


And then we consider care free and relaxation as a choice.


We have built all resources in our mind to be fearless, open, calm and at peace.


We can handle unexpected event, things with calm and ease.


Our life can become free from mellow drama.


And from this place of bliss, your are able to regain the memory of who and what you are really are.


You begin to feel more light hearten, finding humor in any circumstances and laughing more, even at yourself, because you no longer to take yourself so seriously.
